Heathrow Tours & Transfers Limited does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for what ever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.

If you have a serious delay on your journey please inform us as soon as possible although we will do our utmost to find out if you have incurred any delays.

Heathrow Tours & Transfers Limited use their own transport wherever possible but do use third party companies where appropriate or neccessary. 


Cancellation Policy

Heathrow Tours & Transfers Limited will accept any cancellation made as long as there is at least 24 hours notice. The cancellation must be made via an email (info@heathrow2gatwick.com) to which you will receive confirmation by us. If you do not receive an email from us confirming the cancellation we have not received it. In this case please call our out of hours number which is +44 (0) 203 371 7079.

A 10.00 GBP administration fee will be charged per transfer for all cancellations and will be deducted from the amount of the refund due.

Refunds will not be issued if there is a 'no-show' or for cancellation of a booking where we have not received 24 hours notice before the sheduled arrival/meeting time.

If you do not contact us within 2 hours of landing for airport pick-ups or within 30 mins of non-airport pick-ups the booking will be deemed as a 'no-show'.
